OSHI / LEGAL
Terms of use
These terms explain how you may use the Oshi Client website and its public module directory. Please read them before using the site.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the Oshi Client website at oshi.rip and its public module directory, operated by Cece (“Oshi,” “we,” or “us”). The current website does not offer online accounts or purchases. Any future account or paid service may have additional terms shown before it becomes available.
2. Use of the site
You may browse the site for personal, lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use it to violate the rights of others. You are responsible for following the rules of any game, server, platform, or service you use with Oshi.
3. Client information
Descriptions of modules and interface previews are informational. They do not guarantee that a feature works with every Minecraft installation or server. The public module directory cannot enable modules or control a running client. Product features may change during development.
4. Ownership
Oshi’s original website design, branding, text, and software are owned by their respective creators or licensors. These terms do not give you a license to copy, redistribute, or impersonate Oshi materials. Minecraft and related marks belong to their respective owners.
5. Third-party services
The website may link to Discord, Minecraft resources, and other independent services. Their rules and privacy practices apply when you use them. Oshi is an independent project: not an official Minecraft product and not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
6. Availability and updates
We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the website or its public preview. We aim to keep information accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every description will always be current.
7. Responsibility
The website is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for your own device, game account, server participation, and decisions about using third-party software.
8. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the site changes. The effective date above will be updated when the terms change. For questions, contact Cece at haberlea69@gmail.com.
