Privacy notice
This notice describes the current public Oshi Client website. It will be updated before any account or payment features are introduced.
1. Who operates the site
Cece operates the Oshi Client website from the United States. For privacy questions or requests, write to haberlea69@gmail.com.
2. Information handled
The current website has no registration form, payment form, or account sign-in. If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send. When you visit the site, our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
The module directory search, filters, and demonstration switches run in your browser. They do not send your choices to an Oshi account service or change the Minecraft client.
3. Why information is used
Technical request information is used to deliver the website, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. Messages you send us are used to respond to you. Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site, or on your request that we answer your message.
4. Providers and external links
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. It may process technical request data under its own service arrangements. The site links to Discord; visiting Discord takes you to an independent service with its own privacy practices. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Discord’s privacy policy for details.
6. Retention and location
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and maintain relevant records. Technical logs are retained according to the hosting configuration and operational or security needs. Cloudflare may process data in multiple locations. Contact us if you need more detail about a specific request or retention period.
7. Your choices and rights
You can browse without creating an Oshi account. You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will consider and respond to requests under applicable law.
8. Updates
We may update this notice when site features, providers, or practices change. The effective date above indicates the latest version. Before launching accounts or payments, we will describe the related data handling here.
