Open the public module directory. It shows the modules registered in Oshi. The in-game ClickGUI is where you configure them.

can i enable a module from this website?

No. The website is a preview. Module switches and settings are controlled inside the client.

can i save different setups?

Oshi includes client profiles so you can keep separate configurations.
